[Firewall] It just says..firewall Detected.

Please PLEASE help me.
I have Windows 2k and NOTHING installed or running.

Where is firewall settings for win 2 k. and how do I check where its coming from?
How do I KNOW FOR SURE that it could be my router and UPnP isnt on?

i just see that stupid "firewall is detected" icon next to the bars.. Please Help.
