Did you try port forwarding & did you make sure to set up a static IP address first? Did you try installing the older Java version (linked to in the 'if LW will not connect' thread)? What has changed since you were last able to connect (new computer, hardware, programs installed etc)? If the port test still doesn't work, maybe it's your ISP blocking ports.
