![]() I know that there are already several posts in here regarding "unable to connect". However, this is my problem: I have loaded and reloaded the LimeWire Pro application twice. I paid the $8.50 for the Pro version so that I didn't have to worry about spyware. I am running under windows ME on a brand new computer. I double click on the LimeWire icon on my desktop and I get NOTHING. No program, no window, nothing. I have ZoneAlarm firewall, so I turned that off. Still nothing. I connect to my IE 6.0 and it keeps asking me if I want it as my default browser, and the same for my outlook express 6.0. I remember the installation program asking me what my browser was (Netscape or Explorer) and I chose explorer. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me! I don't want to feel like I wasted $8.50 on program that doesn't do anything, when the whole reason I downloaded it was because I heard good things about it. Instead it's like I have an icon and a file folder and thats it! Thank you, and again .... HELP! ![]() dugntara |
