Why can I only get 5 downloads going at the same time ?

hi guys , thanks in advance , for anyhelp here ! gratefully appreciatted ,
i would like to know why i can only get 5 downloads going at the same time , ive tried going into the tools: then downloads an entering a higher number , but still nothing more than 5 , download , i have tried to contact support , with 2 emails/ messages but nothing come back from them , . any help form you guys ???

just to say , i may noit be here to reply , shortly of to work , in about hour ,,, but only a short shift 4 hours ,

Open LW and go to Tools>Options>Downloads, and change the number of "Maximum Downloads" to whatever you like, click "Apply" > "OK".
