I Only Have One Green Bar On Lw And Fw!!

I'VE USED LIMEWIRE BEFORE N HAD NO PROBLEMS N NOW IM HAVIN AHARD TIME DOWNLOADIN...I ONLY HAVE ONE GREEN BAR N IM POSED TO HAVE FOUR GREEN BARS.....CAN SOMEBODY ANYBODY HELP ME PLEASE ITS REALLY DRIVIN ME CRAZY....
