Never had trouble till today
 

My connection stays at starting connection, it happened yesterday I couldn't get on for about 3 hours and it wasn't my IP then suddenly it started connecting late last night after I did nothing. Now the next day it isn't working again. Is this some kind of bug they need to fix? Because I've had LimeWire for about 2 years and have not encountered this problem ever.

Sounds like it is your ISP shaping your connection at certain times of the day/night....
Who do you go through ??
