How do I get hosts or conections

I followed the instructions on the help thing and the settings has NO checklist at all and I can not customize. I am fairly tec chalanged. I just got limewire but it won't connect because there are no hosts showing up.

Can someone please help me?

Hey! I got it working, After I posted I looked at other posts and Birdy you were right, I disconected and conected again and it works fine now. thanks a buch.
