 Unfortunately your ISP does limit P2P programs, that's why none of your clients are working.... Bad ISPs - AzureusWiki The only thing I can suggest is trying to Port Forward your modem/router, it may work and it may not... You will have to tell me the name and number of them though...You will find this information by looking underneath them...
