Help! I can't find the firewall to turn it off!!

I have a firewall, somewhere, that I need to find and add Limewire to it's "exceptions" so I can use my Limewire Pro!!!!:eek: It's not the Window's firewall, I checked that one! Anyone have any suggestions? :bangh:
