 one more thing....your security setings might try and stop the download. The bar that appears across the top usually says click here if you want to allow the download.... just click on it. and proceed from there. Good luck!!!  |

| i am having the exact same problem, and i downloaded the older version, but im still having issues with the firewall. i have microsoft windows xp professional. the firewalls are turned off, but it still shows up in limewire. help! this is driving me nuts |
