16. What country are you living in? Sometimes there are ISPs with the same name in more than one country uk

I suddenly cannot connect to the network, after 6months of trouble free usage. There have been no significant changes to my system between the time it worked and the time it didnt, the limewire settings remained the same.
Limewire loads ok but will not connect, under the connections tab it shows it trying to connect to a list of hosts but doesnt achieve a connection, this continues for a few mins then there is no more hosts listed in the window(i get no error msgs and the bar is always at red)
I always get the brick wall icon even when i totaly disable my macafee firewall (this is the only firewall, and limewire is alowed thru)
Ive tried the various tips in the sticky thread with no luck,i also tried a tcp-v4/tcp-v6 tip i saw in one post with no luck.
I also downloaded phex and bearshare and the symtoms are the same(wont find a host or connect)
My internet has been slow for a while now,but when the speed has plummeted before limewire has always worked.
I do have bittorrent instaled but it is not used and is blocked via my firewall.
I updated the latest iso and extended reach drivers for my modem also and my modem doesnt have a seperate firewall built in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is driving me nuts
thanks

do you think it could really be my isp? wouldnt the test page not work if they were stopping p2p? What gets me is that on a tuesday i was using LW turbocharged and everything and when i used it again on friday it wouldnt connect, and had only downloaded 10 mp3s that month so i wouldnt be anywhere near fair usage policy cutoff

Most likely they are giveing you problems.Your isp shows up in the Kitz file check it out.If you download late at night you should be good. But any other times Like Eveing or daylight your pretty much better off staying off.
