Serious connection problem
 

problem started 2 months, end of january. well the problem is that something is blocking my connections, i am 99% sure that its firewall. some time ago i uninstalled my ESET antivirus but the firewall remained. And 2 firewalls cant work together. I have tried to find the ESET firewall to uninstall it but its like a virus...hideing itself. I have internet but i cant play any games what need internet so i think its firewall what is blocking. So please help me.
P.S: I am useing windows vista.
