Just cannot connect

Hi, I'm running I vista system connected wirelessly to the internet through a Belkin Router (modle No:F5D9630-4). Limewire was running like a dream, I don't use it that often and I didn't change any settings to my router or firewall settings but now no matter how many different ways I try it just won't connect.... Any ideas please?

System info

I'll just give you all my system details;

1. Windows Vista Home Premium (I have administrator account)
2. I have Windows Firewall (I have added Limewire exceptions)
3. 1GB RAM
4. 75.8 GB Free HD space
5. Connecting with Broadband (upto 8meg)
6. Using Belkin router (model no: F5D9630-4)
7. Connecting from my home (This system is a laptop, when I use it in my office at work with my mobile modem Limewire works fine)
8. Limewire ver. 4.16.6. Java ver. 1.6.0 oem
9. ISP is Tiscali Broadband (Costomer services tell me they do support P2P downloading)
10. The test worked.
11. I'm not sharing the connection with any other computers (except my Xbox 360 from time to time)
12. I'm an experienced user this problem has only started happening in last few weeks.
13. Brick wall is in front of word icon but it always has been and was never a problem before now.
14. UPnP is enabled on my router.
15. I use AVG Free Edition Anti virus software.
16. I live in the UK.

I've tried manual port forwarding, disabling both Window's and my router fire walls, adding exceptions, reinstalling god knows how many times, older versions etc etc etc and still no luck......... :bangh: So if anyone can help I'd be really greatful..

Thanks for your time.
