Downloaded 4.16.7 and no longer connects

Can't connect to Limewire after downloading update, although there is no firewall on..

Same here, downloaded update, unable to connect although there is no firewall on. Someone please advise

I have the samee problem when i updated limewire from 4.12.8 to 4.16.6. Never had this problem with the old version. Why is this???? PLEASE SOME ONE HELP!!!!!! My firewall is allowing the limewire network an when it does connect then it is at the very lowest an I can't search.

All of you, try the fixes in the post below. If nothing there helps, post back with your system details (there's a link to the info we need in the thread below).

my problem is that it doesn't initialize because of loopback connection can somebody please help
