 Is it only when you are resuming a download or generally happening with your LW connection? If a LW connection issue then: System details - help us to help you (click on blue link) Waiting for stable connection is often referred when it is searching for a host to connect with. There may be hosts out there that either don't have enough upload slots or bandwidth left. Else nobody online at the time with that exact same file. Else it might also be a fake file.  |
