 hi ksmillen.. In each forum at the top left about 25mm from the top is a button with "New Thread" written on it. First decide which forum covers your particular problem then click on that button and post your question. Make sure you have read as many of the "Sticky" posts as you can. Quite often there is a fix for your problem in some of those posts. Then if you do need to make a new thread make sure that you give enough information about your sysem in order to help the people helping you to know what they are dealing with.
