[1] You can -- there are 4 foreign language forums -- Deutsh, espanol, Francais, Nederlands -- I see you have already been to this forum (14th Mar 2008) so I can only presume that you mean on this forum -- this is the English forum -- you send it in Netherlands language and it will more than likely be ignored.
[2] In Limewire Links (below) click on (If LW will not connect) and go through these fixes -- if yr problem still remains click on (system details) and fill in as much as you can and post back here

Hi Willy, please update your java use this link (java versions) use the offline version -- before you install the latest version ensure that you delete the old version from your add/remove programs -- try that -- if still no connection TRY THIS :-

Delete the LW Preference Folder : In windows XP they can be found here:-
Make sure your Limewire is closed

Preference File in XP SP2
(you must show all hidden files)
[1] Open windows explorer select Tools --> Folder Options --> View --> Show hidden files and folders.
[2] In windows explorer look for the Limewire Folder – go here:-
c:\documents and settings\username\applications data\LimeWire <--(delete)

(or)
c:\documents and settings\username\limewire <-- (delete)

Now restart your Limewire
