I can't connect

Hello; I can't connect. I only get 1 bar I opened ports I could connect before I use windows xp cable mcafee fire wall lw 4.16 7 system show i'm sharing 6000 files I even turned off firewalls just can't connect

I'm having the same problem.. One bar and thats it.. Everything worked fine until I upgraded to 4.16.7.. What do I need to do??
