Default Tried everything and still have a firewall.....

I have configured the windows xp firewall, even defaulted the settings and let limewire add itself as an exception. I have norton and added limewire as an exception to everything, worm protection, etc.. My router is configured UPnP enabled, what else can I do?

I have a strong signal but am not getting very many search results and under the "hosts" it only shows outgoing????
