Help needed for my limewire pro.....please

Hello everyone! its my first time posting on this site so please bear with me as im not very "computer literate" I am downloading an album into my limewire pro.When i open up my limewire it says turbo connection for about a minute then it goes to starting connection and stays there for as long as my computer remains on!!!! it never changes in strength,My connection to the internet itself is excellent so i am at a loss as to how to fix the problem, its frustrating as I have to turn the computer off at the wall and then see what happens,and thats usually nothing!!! thank you in adance to anyone who is willingto talk me through a solution,,,,
