 This is for LW 4.16.7 (NOT Pro, dunno if that makes a difference) Start LW Open up 'Preferences' Click on any subject like 'Saving" On the bottom there is a button saying 'Restore Defaults', click on that. Now click on 'Apply', also at the bottom. You should now have restored to all default settings. You may have to go through some adjustments like telling where to save the files like you had to when you first got LW. But right after I did that I had 5 full green bars. Good luck!
