limewire is running but not showing up
 

i click the icon, nothing. i right click and hit open, nothing. but then when i do the Ctrl, Alt, & delete thing and click processes, its running. i tried to uninstall and install, i did a system restore. nothing is working. anyone know what it could be??

It May be a Java Issue. Try updating.

Remove All Java versions installed (via Add/Remove Programs) before you install the latest Version. (Download the JRE Offline Installer)

You say "Nothing is Working" Do you literally mean "Nothing" or just LW??

ok i found 2 things that were Java related. are there some that might not have Java in the name that i might miss? i just want to be sure.

and i mean just limewire is not working. on the windows task manager it says limewire is running, but i dont see it. lol.

ok well now i installed the Java and limewire is fine. now im having problems with my sound device?

"Sound Device" ?? I have one of those and He is Sixteen years old. LOL. I would Love to have a Mute Button for His Mouth :cheesy:.
Are you maybe talking about your Media Player needing Codec's?? Need more Info.
