McAfee Security (Lime wire allowed)
Firewall ( LM allowed)

You are using a very old version of Java, so try updating that to the newest version and see if that helps.

Another possible explanation might be your ISP is blocking Limewire. I have heard that they limit BitTorrent so that might be coupled with limiting Limewire.
