Say's I'm not connected but I am
 

I have been a Limewire user for years, and have never encountered this problem. I get an error messages telling me that in order to search, I need to be connected to the internet. But I am... I even click on File and it shows that i'm connected.
It continues to "search" for the music that i entered, but no results come up... I have no clue what to do. We have just recently restarted our computer because it crashed on us. So maybe it's a firewall that we didnt previously have? I dont know why that would have anything to do with the connection though. I even deleted Limewire off of my computer, installed the newer version, and it still doesnt work! gggrrr!!
This is frustrating. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thank you!!

Hi I have just started to have a smilar problem....I log on to LW and when I click search after entering a song title I just get the following pop up appear :-

Limewire is currently connecting to the network. Your search may not return many results until you are fully connected to the network.

I dont actually get any results ??

Pls help - like the post before me, this has never happened before ???

yea I am having the same problem as you are . It will not let me connect. Hope they soon fix it
