I recently had to reinstall everything on my lap top after it crashed, i tried getting the limewire pro that i purchased about a year and a half ago and when i enter my e-mail address, submit it, im told that the address is not signed up for Limewire pro. Yet i have an e-mail stating my purchase to the address i know i used when i purchased. Reason as to why my address would be denied?

After your LW support is finished, your email is auto-removed from their database. Over the last month of support they offer discount to continue support.
Wise people bookmark their pro download page so they can check it occasionally to see if their support is near an end. ;)

Until September last year, LW only offered 6 months support. Then then started an extended version for 12 months for those who pay a little extra.
