Can not connect!!

I never had a problem before connecting, but today I can not connect. I can see that other people are uploading from me. I have tried several things and Limewire is already added on my firewall. I still can not connect. Can someone please help. Thanks

In Limewire Links (below) click on (If LW will not connect) and go through these fixes -- if still no good try this link (Fixes for LW when LW isn't operating as it should) if yr problem still remains click on (system details) fill in and post back here
