Getting connected
 

Hello:

I can't get LW to connect. It did it OK a couple of weeks ago but now I can't connect at all.

My OS is Windows XP Profesional version 2002 with Service Pack 3
I have Norton Internet Secutity but have configure it to allow LW
Have 2.0 GB of Ram
Have 33.9 GB free space on my HD
I connect to the internet via cable modem
Modem is a WebStar (DPC2 100 Scientific Atlanta)
Router: Imno Media MTA3328-2Re used exclusively for an IP phone.
I'm trying to connect from my house (like I mentioned before, I was able to do it just a couple of weeks ago)
LW version 18.2 PRO and Java 1.6.0_05

I believe that the only change that I have made to my PC is that I installed Service Pack 3 but can't remember if I did that before or after LW stop working (connecting)

It has been a few days since I posted my message. I'm still unable to establish a connection with LW and I'm totally in the dark. Please give me a hand!
