Angry LW won't work after new download used

I had downloaded the NEW version of LW a few weeks ago. It worked fine like maybe twice. Now it will not connect at all. I disabled permissions and re-enabled permissions on McAfee and all other firewalls on the computer. The listening port is correct. The only thing I can't do is acess Gnutella permissions on McAfee (I share the account with my mom, she's the administrator for McAfee, but I'm the admin. for my computer). I'm very displeased with this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. OS version?
Windows XP

2. What firewalls you have?
McAfee and whatever the computer came with

3. How much ram?
No idea...but there's alot of space on here

4. Hard Disk space available?
good amount

5. Connection type?
we get it from Comcast

6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?
we have Linksys for a broadband wireless router...no idea what comcast gave us though

7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)?

8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? (Go to LW's menu Help>About LW...) Will show both LW & Java version.

Java was just recently updated

9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
comcast

10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there?

11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up.
not at the moment...sometimes my husbands laptop or PSP or PS3

12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user.
this is the first time to have this problem since 06

14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled?
no idea

15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall
McAfee, basic Spysubtract

16. What country are you living in? Sometimes there are ISPs with the same name in more than one country (eg Clearwire in the USA & also in Ireland).
