Angry Help Me I have tried everything and I can't CONNECT!!!

I have tried everything to connect to the gnutella network. I have opened listening ports, opened limewire manually, shut off the welcome messages, downloaded gnutell.net files, erased and updated my limewire preferences, and installed and reinstalled several times. I am at a loss and limewire refuses to refund any money. So, can someone please help me with this problem. Here is my information.

1. OS version? Windows XP Professional SP3
2. What firewalls you have? Windows firewall - I don't know the brand name
3. How much ram? 2GB
4. Hard Disk space available? 111.78GB
5. Connection type? Workstation
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Soft Data Fax Modem with SmartCP and DLink DIR 300 Router - I don't know
7. Where are you trying to connect from - work
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? LW PRO 4.18.3 with Java 6 update 6
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Intel(R) 82566MM Gigabit Network C
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here:
http://www3.limewire.com:6346/
The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? It says internet page could not be found.
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. Yes, using my Ethernet Port through the Router
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. I have been using limewire for months now. Everytime there has been a problem in the past, I have fixed it on my own. This time I am out of ideas.
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? _Yes
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? UPnP enabled, no port forwarding specified
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Trend Micro Office Scan
16. What country are you living in? USA
