 ah ha i found question list for system....here goes; 1. i'm on windows xp home 2. think i have xp firewall 3. got only 512mb ram 4. 30 gigs available on hd 5. connection type; quest dsl 6. modem type; quest-actiontec, believe model # to be qwm1000kv ? 7. connected from home 8. LW ver.4.16.6 not sure of what java but recently upgraded as per LW install request 9. isp; quest phone company 10. test worked 11. not sharing computer 12. yes, first try at LW 13. brick wall icon is visible 14. security programs in use; really dont know yet am looking into it 15. am in the united states Last edited by reannaboyd; July 22nd, 2008 at 07:53 AM.
