Network connection error
Trying to connect to LW, getting the message:
Limewire is currently connecting to the network. Your search may not return many results until you are fully connected to the network. Then no connection. Started about 2 weeks ago ~ 6/20/08. Installed LW 4.18 hoping for quick fix. My system info: Win XP SP2 Zone alarm firewall 1 GB RAM 174 GB free HD space cable modem Belkin wireless G router (3 yrs old) connect from home Rochester NY USA LW version 4.18 ISP Time Warner Roadrunner test worked! not sharing connection experienced user yes on the brick wall ( windows firewall off) UPnP enabled Security programs: AVG 8.0, Zone Alarm 7.0, Windows defender, Spybot S&D Ad Aware 2007 I have used a few different versions of Limewire for several years and have had no problems until now. Read all the stickys, could this be an ISP issue?

Well, just for grins I tried connecting tonight 7/6/08 and everything works. Only thing I did was join this forum, so I hope this problem is gone and I can get back to enjoying LW again.

Back to square one. Yesterday all was good, today no connection.
