I can't get any connection

Hi, I have just downloaded the lates version of LimeWire 2.2, but I can't get any connection ready and available, I keep ahving the red button at the left-side bottom.

I believe all my configuratiosn are correctly settled and I am using only 4 connections with a high-speed Cable/DSL line.

Can someone help???
