Gnutella Connection

before i did what i did, limewire loaded and all that. so i tried to search up some music and it said, wait till we fully connect. so i waited, and tried again 10 minutes later. and it was the same. so i waited and the same. it kept saying you are currently connecting but it never fully connects. im not sure if i finally located my problem but i looked in the connections tab on limewire and the entire page is blank. there are no gnutella connections in there as pictured in all of the help photos. what should i do?

i have windows vista
i have zonealarm firewalls
i have no idea how much ram i have
i have no much idea how much hard disk space available i have
im 80% sure i have cable connection
i dont know what router blah blah blah i dont anything for number 6 in the system details garbage
im connecting from my house
i have the newest version of limewire (i dont no what that one is but i just downloaded it)
i dont no who my isp is
my test did work
no im not sharing my connection with other computers
ive had limewire before but this i new and i never ran into it
yeah i do have the brickwall but i made exceptions for limewire and gnutella in my firewalls
i have an antivirus/antispyware business thing going on
i live in the united states of america!!!!!!!
