Limewire will not connect due to Norton Antivirus
 

Hello. My limewire will not connect. It constantly says it is connecting. My windows firewall is turned off- but I do not have a way to turn off my norton firewall. Here are my details.

1. Windows XP
2. Windows firewall (turned off) and Norton firewall
3. Wouldn't be able to tell you amt. of Ram
4. Again- no idea.
5. Broadband Cennection
6. Speedstream Router- 060R-D246-A12
7. Trying to connect from my house
8. Limewire- 4.18.3
Java- 1.6.0_07
9. Windstream
10. Says "Internet explorer cannot display this webpage"- Even though I can connect to every other page on the internet.
11. No shared connections.
12. Experienced user- problem with this is the past that was never resolved.
13. Yes I have the brick wall.
14. UPnP is enabled. (it was not before- I just did so)
15. Norton AntiVirus 2008
16. USA
