Connection issue
 

Alright, so I am trying to connect to limewire, and I've been having this problem for a while now... It will connect like maybe, once a month, but other than that, it will only get one bar of connection and nothing else, and so I cannot do a thing with it.
There are two other computers in my house, both on wireless, that have no problem connecting.
I thought it was something with my norton, so I tried following all of the instructions for it, changing the settings by adding the rule for limewire to allow, and it still doesn't work
To rule out the norton, I tried turning it off completely to see if it was an issue, and it still did not work
Any help?

Oh, also, new to the forum, don't know if I need to provide the info from the sticky, so I'll add it now

1. Running Windows vista basic
2. Unsure how to check my firewalls?
3. 1 gb of ram
4. Not much HD available, only like 5gb of an 80gb HD.. don't know if this could be my problem?
5. Cable internet connection
6. Modem is motorola, router is Belkin 54g
7. Connecting from my apartment
8. Limewire 4.18.3
Java 1.6.0-oem
9. ISP is Eastlink

11. Sharing the connection with 2 desktop computers, and 3 other laptops.. but nobody else has the issue but me
12. I've had LW for a while now, but I'm not an advanced user.. only know the basics

14. modem/router setup? don't quite understand...
15. Norton Antivirus, but I turned it off and it still doesn't work
