LW won't connect to the network

Nothing seems to work. Have tried: disconnecting and reconnecting, have disabled tips, do not have too many incomplete files (only 3), Have replaced the gnutella.net file, have deleted the preference folder, checked to make sure windows firewall was set up to allow LW (although there is still a brick wall in front of the blue world on the bottom.

Plz help! About ready to pull my hair out.

2. What firewalls you have? Windows

11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? No
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. I used to use the free version with no problems for quite a long while when all of a sudden it decided to stop connecting..so I thought maybe buying the Pro version would help. Guess not.
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? _ Yes, but have checked firewall settings
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? Hmm not sure about that
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall :) AVG Free Edition and Expired Norton
16. What country are you living in? USA

Update your java here (Windows XP/Vista/2000/2003 Offline) REMOVE all other versions of java (via add/remove) before installing a new version. Also please delete your expired Nortons from your computer -- having 2 antivirus software programs can be detrimental to good computer security.
