Cant download files lately
 

I have always beenable to use Limewire, but lately, the bar indicating the connection has stayed at one bar. I have done everything in the Trouble connecting section in the Help tab, and yet it remains at one bar. I believe i have done everything, so now i come to the forums for guidance.
 Windows Vista
 4.18.3
 THINK its Cable
 No error message, bar remains ar 1.
 When searching, no results come up, and when downloading somethign such as a torrent, it just says to wait 1,000-2,000 seconds (29-31 mins) and then just says "Locating Sources..."

Update: The bars are fully green now, yet the torrent i am trying to download stays at "Connecting...". I think that thisis an issue for the other forum now.
