Need help Only get 1 Bar no matter what!!!

Ok I have tried everything to get my limewire to go more than one bar can someone give me the most effective way to resolve this problem we just upgraded to pro in hopes to fix the problem but no luck anyone please help me!!! I am running on a windows xp

If LW Will Not Connect

If they don't help please provide your system detail .....Which are also located in the link above...

Pro won't help.....I had the same problem.

First uninstall Limewire .....The correct way to uninstall is Start > All programs > Limewire/Uninstaller
Then do a files and folders search for limewire and delete them all.

Then download from the official Limewire site.
