Connection problems w/ Limewire
 

I'm not sure if this bit of info would help but i've been out of town for a week and i was using the wireless internet access on my laptop that the hotel had where i was staying at. After I came back home, i wanted to use limewire and all ihave is red bars, no connection whatsoever. My internet is working fine, i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling limewire and i still have the same problem. I have LImewire 4.18.5 and i've never had a problem with it before till now after i returned from my trip. i have a 2wire480 from Qwest..broadband..2701HG-D Gateway• Software: 5.29.59-QT03
, windows vista, 2 GB ram,i have the windows firewall, and limewire is under the exceptions tab and i have mcafee..i've tried this link http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ and the page said it worked. i remember looking at one of the forums and i did have an event id 4226, i'm not sure if this is the problem...i disabled the ultrapeer capabilities and minimized the number of downloads.. i think it may be a problem with the firewall because i have bricks on the blue icon... i just don't know how to get it to work...
