can connect cant connect

Hi, This is my first post so bear with me. I am unable to connect to limewire. I have windows xp, i connect to the internet thro cable thats connected thro router upstairs that i do not have access too. I have zonealarm for a firewall but everything seems to be accepted there. I titled this can connect cant connect because i can connect to limewire with my g/f user account on windows. i have both accounts setup as administrator accounts. ive tried alot of the suggestions ive read on here but nothing has worked. I've never had a program work on one user account and not the other unless i specify it. at first i thought it might be something with the router upstairs but if i can connect on her user account then there must be something wrong with mine. any suggestions would great:)

1. OS version?windows xp

2. What firewalls you have? Zonealarm

3. How much ram?256

4. Hard Disk space available?79gb

5. Connection type? cable

6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? There are 2 routers i believe both lnksys i dont have access to them however so i dont know the model #

7. Where are you trying to connect from ? home

8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? 4.18.6 java 1.0_05

9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? comcast

10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: test worked

11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. my computer is hooked thro ethernet wire run from a router that is hooked to another router upstairs. this router is hoked to the modem which i believe the router is used for vonage

12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. expeirenced user. this is a recent problem and i dont why it would work on my g/f's use account and not this one

13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? yes

14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? i have tried both and tried changing the port number

15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall http://www.gnutellaforums.com/../ima...lies/smile.gif zonealarm is my anti virus and firewall. its also enabled on my other user account\

16. What country are you living in? Sometimes there are ISPs with the same name in more than one country (eg Clearwire in the USA & also in Ireland).USA

Go to your shared folder outside of limewire, to find this folder you need to select a file from your LW library and hit explore....

You should be directed to where your downloaded files are stored...;)
