Apolo1710 is flying high
Default LW can't connect

Hi....

I got some troubles with connecting to LW.
Normally I used LW through my PC at the office without any problems for almost 1 year.

Anyway, I just found that my LW got problem of connecting since last week.The band at bottom left corner appear only one small green bar, while the rest become red bar.
which it caused songs could not be connected.
I tried to open and close auto-connect, and change to connect by manual, but it doesn't work.
I have uninstall the program and reinstall LW again, but it also still got same problems.
I dont know how to solve it, can you please advise me what to do.
By the way, I gave some below details of my system for your information below.

1. OS version?
I used Window XP, Pack 2
2. What firewalls you have?
Window Firewall
3. How much ram?
1GB
4. Hard Disk space available? 60 GB

5. Connection type?
Broadband
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?
Billion, ADSL Modem/Router with Ethernet
7. Where are you trying to connect from
Work at Office
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have?

LW 4.18.6 , Java : Not sure
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
It is local ISP >> CS Loxinfo
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there?
I have tried this test, and it appears "Your test worked"
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up.
Sorry, Im quite not understand about p2p but I always use connection by LAN network of the office.
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user.
I never this problems before
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface?
_I saw a brick wall in front of blue world iconbut I tried to shut off firewall but LW is till cannot be connected.
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled?
I dont know how to check this point, as I not dare to ask IT people, or else they not allow me to install LW.
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall
I use McAfee Enterprise Ver 8.5.0i
16. What country are you living in? Sometimes there are ISPs with the same name in more than one country (eg Clearwire in the USA & also in Ireland).
I lived in Bangkok, Thailand

Please advise me how to solve such problem.
