HELP! Purchased LW Pro cannot make it work
 

Ever since I got a nasty Trojan in my PC I had to end up wiping out most of the stuff and re-installing it. LW was one of them. I now have McAfee AntiVirus program with its own firewall program and also AVG Antivirus. I usually use the McAfee to check my pc for damages now...

I just installed the LW Pro and it will not connect at all. I tried uninstalling and re-installing after I shut down the firewalls and still nothing. What else can I do? I didnt pay the $21.95 for nothing here. Help! :(
