How to contact Limewire
 

The company, via phone and not unanswered emails? I live in Aust and am trying to contact limewire regarding acc issues. Any advice appreciated, thanks

Hey thanks, yea i paid for limewire pro but havnt received it. nor does my email register as a pro acc holder when i try to contact them that way. im from aus so it worked out to almos $65 that i paid and i dont have the product, and when i installed the basic to see if i could upgrade the basic version wont connect.. yet other gnutella networks do work, its all odd.

Was bought as part of a fathers day gift and yea i am kinda real down at the moment. any advice is great and thanks again.

Sorry, but you were scammed. I'm from Aus as well & last time I bought Pro (6 months worth) it cost me $15.99 AUD.

The 1 year deal (there's no unlimited or lifetime deal - that's what scammers advertise!!) would cost ~ $43.75 AUD.

After you pay, you recieve an email from limewire with a link to your Pro personal download page. And LimeWireLLC appears as the vendor in your CC statement.

Check your emails to see what you recieved after you bought Pro - that will tell you who you paid. Or check your CC statement. Then you could contact your bank/CC company & report this.
