Problems connecting

Hey I don really come on here to chat, only one thing. All my songs were deleted because i reinstalled it maybe eight times. But thats not what im bitching about. Im bitching that it wont let me connect to limewire. It says exactly "Limewire is currently connecting to the network.Your search may not return results until you are fully connected. Basically I reinstalled it eight timese and I lost all of my songs from limewire library, so now my itunes cant find the source of the songs and i can't play it. It's gay cause it isnt loading i wait for an our and its obviuosly not working, two things maybe might work but gonna ask. I dont have bit torrent or u torrent idk if you need them i know there is an option for open or manage torrent. And also the fact that it says i'm ver 4.18.8 Idk the requirement But i heard something about gnuella i Dont remember.

LW 4.18.8 is the latest version, it has the ability to handle torrents. You don't need another torrent program for LW to work.

Your music is still there. The library has been moved to a different location, your files are still in the old location.

Your connection problem could be caused by a number of different things. Try the suggestions in this thread:

If your still having trouble after trying the suggestions, post your details.

Alright, it WASN'T MOVED. I've looked everywhere, I reinstalled it maybe eight times through the control panel. I wouldn't be posting this if it changed places, and if it did then where are they. And i just got it to work, i set it to default, and im not gonna thank you officially for posting that i should disable the message, and disconnect, cause i've done both. But thanks this wasn't working for a LONG TIME. I'd say if you got the new version DO THAT. Because I didn't disable the things cause I wanted to post what they said. And still i don't have my original songs i looked in my library but ill refer to your link. Nothing in the link helps. It says i have songs on my itunes but when i click to play them it says it cant find the source so doesn't play. I cant find any of the files and trust me i have searched mighty thoroughly. The only place i found even any history if the songs was on recently played files. IT was a few of the songs but i didnt know what to do and i couldnt find that document title again. HELP ME!!!

Reinstalling LW shouldn't have affected your library unless it was located in the program folder. If you can't find them using the search function(Start>Search), then possibly they were accidentally deleted?..........It happens.

The only other thing i can think of is a virus. Some will remove your files.
