How Can I Delete The Preference Folder. I Have Tried All Possibilities And Narrowed Down To It At Last.

Hi,
I was able to find the limewire preference folder for VISTA, But inspite of being able to delete it i still have one green bar and i am still not able to connect.

what should i do further

please suggest
