Switched from 3Mb ADSL to 5Mb Cable ISP
Now I cannot get more than 5kb DL speed. I now have no wall on the globe in the lower left of the LW interface. I have opened a new port, and already have LW on the allow list in my windows firewall. Any idea what is happening?

I have a Turbo-Charged connection, and am seeding from many peers. Most of the downloads are not receiving but show as 'status-downloading from 4 hosts' but at 0/kbps. I have deleted the preferences folder and re-configured my ideal settings from before. My ISP has no cap on my download. Suggestions welcome.
