Default Reoccuring problem where I cannot connect...

It's almost as if it chooses whether or not it wants to connect...

1. OS version? XP
2. What firewalls you have? Windows (disabled), Spybot SD-Resident (enabled)
3. How much ram? 960 MB
4. Hard Disk space available? 53.2 GB
5. Connection type? Cable
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers?
Modem - Ambit U10C018.80
Router - Netgear RangeMax Wireless Router WPN824 v3
7. Where are you trying to connect from? Home
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? Limewire 4.18.6, Java 6 (always updated)
9. Who is your ISP? Charter
10.What happens when you go to the test site? Passed Test
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? Yes
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. Off and on problem
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes
14. How is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? Yes
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Spybot SD
16. What country are you living in? USA
17. Has anything in your setup changed recently? I recently moved, but I have the same internet through Charter, I used to connect through a USB LAN adapter at my old place where it occasionally wouldn't connect, but now I have a direct connection to the internet and now it isn't connecting at all.

Your Netgear has a Nat Firewall within so it looks like you might need to Port Forward to allow Limewire through....

These are your instructions...
