Default cant connect

Ok so ive used limewire before and this is my first time having issues. i just moved to a new area and have not connected my internet, so im turned my laptop and the wifi and guess what, i have many unsecured connections from neighboors. I cant get my service installed till another month and i really want to use limewire. I know its not right to borrow your neighbors connection but just for checking my email its working fine now. So i tried connecting and i see the firewall on the bottom corner and it never connects. i try searching something and it says still connecting result may not come in till connected but it never connects .So i beleive my wifi connection from my neighbor is probably whats blocking me. Is there a way to get around this so i can connect or am i going to have to wait till the phone company hooks up my internet?
Here is my system info as of now (including isp from wifi):

1-XP
2-windows firewall ,router firewall (from neighbor apparetly its linksys is whats showing)

8-Limewire 4.18.8
9-roadrunner isp (192.168.1.102)

12-new problem experienced user
13-brick wall is showing with two bars
14-no port forward since i dont know what router model is used

There is nothing you can do as it's not your internet connection...Even if there was something NoBody here is going to help try and hack into your neighbours router....

WTF...

Go and buy a pre-paid wireless connection or phone that will connect you until your so called internet is set up....
