HELP!! problem with searching

hey guys so when i search for a song or somethin it just produces a white screen that doesn't show anythin. any suggestions??????

i have already uninstalled it and reinstalled it and make it an exception for the firewalls but no dice

Are you fully connected to the network ??? ie do you see any red bars....
