 The instruction for that is in the Link I posted "If LW will not Connect" Post #7. AFAIK there really is no way to contact LW. You can send an E-Mail I think. Go to your Pro Support Page. I think it's there somewhere. You might try here www.limewire.org. as this is the LW Forum. Not to sure How much help is over there. Also noticed Trend IS 2008 has a two way Firewall. Have you configured it to give LW Full Access ??
